Winter is coming!

Winter is on the way and the Garden Pixie is feeling the cold.

Chloe won't come upstairs so I made her a bed in this quilt.

Hamilton

Poppy gave me a fright a couple of weeks ago when I caught her

eating black nightshade.  I phoned the Vet and took her straight down.

They made her vomit and then suggested she stay in overnight for observation.

She was put on a drip and when I phoned next morning she was fine.

Here are Shilo and Poppy at Hamilton for the WAG Jumpers show.

The weather was perfect, Shilo was nearly perfect and Poppy was fit

and healthy.

Counties at Easter

Had 2 days of agility at Counties this weekend.

Shilo was good and came home with a 3rd place in Starters and

a clear round in Jumpers C.

My Casey Pup

On March 10th my Casey pup turned 13.

Here she is on my birthday this year.  

She gave us a big scare about 18 months ago so I didn't think she

would make it to 13.  Other than being deaf and grey, she is very

fit for her age.  She still runs about barking like the mad thing she is.

Rocky and his Ribbons

I finally got around to taking a photo of Rocky with the ribbons and trophies 

he won over his agility career.

Here he is, my beautiful boy, Rocky.

He has been retired for a year now and ran his last Flygility run in December as he is a stiff in his hind 

quarters.  He still loves to play and enjoys the daily walk with us all.  Rocky turns 11 in April this year and Casey will be 13 in March.  It seems like yesterday when they were

both puppies and just starting out in agility.

A wet day

For a change it was wet today at Fantail Ridge.

Ducks Sold

I listed the 6 ducks on Trademe and received an offer for the lot.

Yesterday I made a pen for them in the rain and managed to

get them in with food.  I left Jemima in with them but left George free.

I took these photos on my new cell phone.  It was raining and

that doesn't show at all in the photos.
